This week has been busy at Hiring Garden.
We posted over 135+ visa sponsored jobs, with a focus on both - roles for new grads as well as experienced professionals across tech, AI, product management, and marketing.
Before we get into the list, we wanted to take a moment to talk about H1-B cap exempt employers.
These are universities, hospitals, NGOs, and federally funded research agencies, that don’t have an annual cap to sponsor H1-Bs.
We compiled a list of over 900 such employers in the U.S that have filed Labor Condition Applications (LCAs) in 2025 to sponsor a temporary work visa (like the H1-B, H1-B1, or E-3). These can be found here.
As a part of your job search, we would recommend applying for roles at H1-B cap exempt employers to diversify your options, and to help you in this process, we will be posting jobs in this category too.
Now, back to this. Here are some of our favorites from this week. The complete list can be accessed here.

Also, we are in the process of adding new entry level roles to cover more job fields. If there are certain areas of particular interest to you, please reach out.
Last but not least. Did you know about the G-4 visa category?
This is a non-immigrant work visa sponsored by designated international organizations like the World Bank, UN, IMF, Inter-American Development Bank, etc.
There is no annual cap, or visa fee, and over 22,000 G-4 visas were issued in 2024.
We made a list of designated international organizations that sponsor the G-4 visa here.
